Welcome to SoMa/South Beach

Offering some of the most luxurious high rises in SF

SOMA and South Beach are luxurious urban neighborhoods featuring new luxury high-rises and converted lofts. Both neighborhoods are centrally located within minutes of the Financial District and the Embarcadero. SOMA and South Beach have lots of high-tech hustle with many tech companies and start-ups. The neighborhoods are also a hub of arts and culture with numerous galleries and museums.

Until the 21st Century, this was an industrial area of San Francisco mostly consisting of warehouses. Recent years have seen SOMA and South Beach real estate transformed into vibrant contemporary stylish apartments and condominiums in soaring high-rises and former industrial units. Contact Vi Pavlicevich to find converted lofts and condos for sale in SOMA and South Beach.
